Brand new construction is always exciting. Being the first to live in a ncvcr-bcforc-livcd- in residence with the latest and greatest of everything from building techniques to  astounding finishes is not an everyday opportunity. But even that excitement escalates when the “opportunity” is a beautiful home (in a gorgeous complex) by well-respected builder DiBiase Homes.

Then toss in location. Bordering the towns of Marblehead, Salem and Swampscott - keep in mind all three communities “meet” at Vinnin Square, which is just down the road - these homes are very close to the commuter train station. Access to major highway routes is also easy. Nice!

What you see first

Set back from the street, the buildings and the appealing  landscaped grounds are easy on the eyes. Mansard roofs and traditionally styled two-over- two windows give the buildings a classic North Shore look that complements not only the property but also the surrounding neighborhood.
