‘What the Dickens!’

The Cambridge Youth Dance Company will present “What the Dickens!” at 2 and 7 p.m. on Saturdays and at 2 p.m. on Sundays from Dec. 14 through Dec. 22 at John Hancock Hall, 180 Berkeley St.

Weaving contemporary dance, ballet, tap, hip hop, flamenco, projections, narration and more, “What the Dickens!” is an enchanting dance-theater rendition of Dickens’ classic, timely story of transforming greed into kindness and joy.

CraftBoston Holiday Show

The CraftBoston Holiday Show will be held from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Dec. 14, and from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Dec. 15 at the Hynes Convention Center, 900 Boylston St.

More than 175 local and national craft artists will showcase and sell one-of-a-kind and limited- edition pieces in baskets, ceramics, decorative fiber, art-to-wear, furniture, glass, jewelry, leather, metal, mixed media, paper and wood.

Adults - $15; Seniors - $12; Members = $7.50; Students (with any student ID – Continuing Ed welcome) and Under 18 - Free.

Family concert with Ryan

Families are invited to enjoy music and movement with musician Ryan San Angelo from 11 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Dec. 14 at the Boston Public Library, 700 Boylston St.

Boston Choral Ensemble Holiday Concert

The Boston Choral Ensemble Concert will be held from 3 to 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, Dec.14 in the Sanctuary at Old South Church, 645 Boylston St.

This annual holiday concert will include a three-movement work for winter titled “Blue Shadows, Silver Sunlight,” an early romantic work calling for peace on earth titled “Friede auf Erden,” old and new holiday carols, and perhaps an ugly sweater or two.

Navidad Latina

Unitas Ensemble will present Navidad Latina at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 14 at the Arlington Street Church, 351 Boylston St.

The holiday celebration will feature traditional Vilancicos from across Latin America alongside traditional holiday favorites, sung in both English and Spanish accompanied by their 23-piece chamber orchestra and guest vocalist/MC Christian Figueroa.
